Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for products damaged due to human error. We appreciate your understanding.

Replacement & Warranty

We offer a 7-day replacement policy and 1 month to 1 year warranty depending on the product. Warranty does not cover damage caused by human error. Our technicians will evaluate all warranty claims. For any concerns, reach out to ecommerce@enabled.ph.
