Ecoflow Solar Panel 220W

The EcoFlow 220W Bifacial Portable Solar Panel has been developed with the latest technology, whereby the solar panel has 2 sides. One 220W primary side and one 155W side at the back of the panel, suitable for ambient light. This makes it possible to generate up to 25% more than standard 220W solar panels.

The thin tempered glass design makes the panel five times stronger than comparable panels. The solar panel can withstand heat up to 148°C and is completely waterproof and dustproof. (IP68) The supplied protective cover/kickstand makes it possible to point the Ecoflow panel at a 30°–80° angle towards the sun.

The EcoFlow 220W Bifacial Portable Solar Panel has a universal MC4 connection. Via this connection it is possible to connect the solar panel in combination with an adapter to a portable power station.

1. What is the output power of the 60W Portable Solar Panel?

This will depend on the weather conditions. Generally speaking, on a clear day with no clouds in the sky, sunlight hitting the 60W Solar Panel at a 90° angle usually generates 48W–54W of power as the normal power range. When the solar panel input current is relatively low, it is not recommended to use the solar panel for charging. This is because when the standby power is higher than the input power, the energy storage battery has voltage fluctuations.

2. What material is the 60W Portable Solar Panel made of? What is the waterproof rating?

This 60W Portable Solar Panel is made of monocrystalline silicon and has a waterproof rating of IP68. Monocrystalline silicon is more efficient in power generation than the traditional polycrystalline silicon. Other materials used by the panel, such as ETFE and EVA, can resist aging, corrosion, and UV damage making sure the solar panel can be used for a long time.

3. How to install and use the solar panel to get the best power generation efficiency?

After unfolding the solar panel, the light-receiving surface should be kept vertical to the sunlight as much as possible. For optimal solar power generation efficiency, make sure that the light-receiving surface should not be overshadowed by trees or tall buildings. When you need to use solar panels in the early morning or afternoon, it is recommended to keep the solar panel at a larger support angle. When using solar panels at noon, you can place the solar panel flat on the ground.
