Same Day Delivery

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes, we offer same-day delivery in Metro Manila (NCR) for selected items upon request.

Same-day delivery is available only if:

  • The item is in stock and on-hand
  • The delivery address is within NCR (Metro Manila areas only)

Same-day delivery cut-off time:

  • Requests must be made on or before 4:00 PM
  • Requests after 4:00 PM will be processed and delivered the next day

Same-day delivery order cut-off schedule:

  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM → eligible for same-day delivery within NCR
  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM → scheduled for next-day delivery
What days do you service same day delivery?

Same Day Deliver is Available from Monday to Sunday.

How long does provincial shipping take in the Philippines?

For provincial deliveries outside Metro Manila, shipping usually takes:

  • 5 to 10 business days
  • Up to 1.5 weeks, depending on the location and courier schedule

All provincial orders are shipped via LBC Express and are delivered after order processing.

Who shoulders the shipping fee?

Shipping fees for provincial deliveries are shouldered by the customer.

  • Same-day delivery (NCR): Local couriers
  • Provincial deliveries: LBC Express for nationwide shipping in the Philippines

What are your business hours?

We are open daily from Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. You may still send inquiries or place orders anytime, and our team will assist you during operating hours.

Do you offer warranty or replacement?

Yes, we offer a 7-day replacement policy for units that are assessed and approved by our technicians as eligible for replacement.

Order Cancellation Policy

What is your cancellation process?
  1. Our team will contact you via call or text to confirm your order details.
  2. If you choose to cancel, the order will be cancelled through our .ph website.
  3. If the order is already paid, PayMongo will process the refund.
  4. The order will be officially marked as VOIDED.

Cancellation must be advised during the order confirmation call or text to ensure proper processing.

What are the requirements for COD orders?

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we require 2 valid government-issued IDs.

What about paid orders?

For fully paid orders (card or online payment), only order confirmation is required.

  • For urgent delivery, customers may book their own courier such as Lalamove or similar services.
