DJI Goggles 3 and DJI Goggles 2 are similar in size and screen display performance. However, Goggles 3 exhibits significant enhancements in video transmission. When paired with Avata 2, they can achieve a minimum transmission latency of 24 milliseconds.
Upgrades:
Compared to DJI Goggles 2 and DJI Goggles Integra, DJI Goggles 3 innovates with an integrated forehead pad design, offering superior comfort. The new Real View PiP feature enhances safety during takeoff and landing.
- Does DJI Goggles 3 support real-time video output (livestreaming)?
DJI Goggles 3 supports live feed sharing via Wi-Fi. You can share the live feed to the DJI Fly app over Wi-Fi and enable live streaming within the app.
Some countries and regions prohibit the use of the 5.1GHz or 5.8GHz frequency band, or both. In some countries and regions, the 5.1GHz frequency is only allowed for indoor use. If the 5.1/5.8GHz frequency band is unavailable (such as in Japan), screen sharing to a smartphone via Wi-Fi is unavailable. To achieve screen sharing, a wired connection is recommended. Before flying, make sure to check and comply with local regulations.

9. Can you use the Goggles 3 with eye glasses on?
Depending on your prescription, the DJI Goggles 3 included with the DJI Avata 2 FPV Drone with 3-Battery Fly More Combo do have built-in diopter adjustment from -6.0 D to +2.0 D. You can also use a combination of the included lenses and frames for adjustments that are outside of the range. If will be needing correction for your astigmatism, you may source additional and custom lenses from eye experts and have them fitted for the goggles.
10. Can I use Google with glasses?
The DJI Goggles 3 that are inclusive in the DJI Avata 2 FPV Drone w 3B FMC are only designed to be used with DJI drones and would not be compatible with web browsing.
11. When it’s your first time playing FPV, do the goggles and controller offer any flight simulations before flying real drones?
The DJI Goggles 3 and DJI RC Motion 3 of the DJI Avata 2 FPV Drone w/ FMC do not offer flight simulations at this time. However, DJI does offer the DJI Virtual flight app for earlier versions.
12. Can you tilt or pan the camera using the controller? If so, how?
Yes, can be tilted using the menu and is included in the remote control device.
13. What is the Dynamic Range of the Camera when capturing 4K 60fps D-Log?
Dynamic range for capturing 4k/60fps D-Log will be 100-25600 (Auto) or 100-25600 (Manual).
