This is what customer service should be! Ordered the DJI Mini 3 FMC thursday morning and asked them if it’s possible to get it right away since we have a flight in a few hours and will be needing it on our trip. Just transferred the payment and it was ready for pick up immediately. I was the one who booked the pick up service then sent them details of the rider . To my surprise, they messaged me that the person picking up the item is different from the one that I booked. Rider told him he is the son of the rider in the booking. They asked the rider for an ID, and confirmed that he is really not the rider booked, even had a different last name from what the rider told, the registered rider “his father”. If it wasn’t for their SOP, I am not sure if I’ll be able to receive the drone. So thank you very much, AD, especially to “DAN”! AD will now be my go to shop whenever I need new toys 🥰
