The Ecoflow Delta Pro Power Station - EU version is the world's first modular power station, suitable for home backup, designed to store energy and use it anytime to charge/power your devices . This LiFePO4 battery has a capacity of 3600 Wh and can be expanded to no less than 25 kWh with additional batteries and two smart generators. Via Ecoflow's Smart home panel (available exclusively in 2022), which can be integrated into the meter cupboard, the Delta pro in combination with the smart home panel can also provide uninterrupted power during emergencies/blackouts. In addition, this system can be used to reduce your dependence on the grid, saving you money on your energy bill.

Note: Installing the Ecoflow Smart Home Panel should be done by a licensed electrician.

With this Delta Pro Power Station you can supply electrical appliances with a power of up to 3600 watts (7200W peak load). These are, for example, refrigerators/coolers, freezers, air conditioners, washing machines or dryers, vacuum cleaners, water pumps, coffee machines or electrical tools. The capacity of one Delta Pro is 3600 Wh. The capacity can be expanded to 10.8 kWh via the separately available extra batteries (max. 2 extra batteries) of 3600 Wh each. If you opt for two Delta Pros, each with two extra batteries and two smart generators, you create a system of up to 25 kWh.

Ecoflow's patented X-Stream technology makes it possible to charge the Delta Pro quickly and with up to 2900W, via the supplied adapter. As a result, the Power Station is fully charged within 1.9 hours. Should the fast charge time not be necessary, it is possible to reduce the charge speed to maximize battery life. This switch is located on the back of the Delta Pro, which you can use to set the charging requirement (200W - 2900W) in combination with the Ecoflow app.

The Ecoflow app gives you full control over your circuits in your smart home panel and gives you the ability to manage your power consumption. In the app, you can access your power settings such as charge and discharge levels and the AC charge rates to maximize battery life. The integrated LiFePO4 battery lasts for many years, even with intensive, daily use. With more than 3500 charge cycles, the capacity will still average 80%.

The EcoFlow DELTA Pro model is currently the most innovative product in energy storage, offering you security and independence wherever you are.

  1. What's the max input DELTA Pro can achieve?
When charging DELTA Pro and its extra battery together, you can reach 6500W max charging speeds by combining AC, solar and Smart Generator methods. For DELTA Pro single unit, you can recharge it at standard wall outlets (2900W max), at EV station (3400W max)/Smart Home Panel (3000W max).
  2. How many solar panels can I use at the same time?
It depends on the combined voltage and current of the solar panels you choose. It's fine as long as the solar panels use solar connectors and their combined voltage and current are within 11-150 volts and under 15 amps.
  3. How do I update the firmware?
First of all, make sure your DELTA Pro is connected to the EcoFlow App using Internet mode. Secondly, go to the Firmware section in the Setting of the DELTA Pro you're looking to upgrade. Check for the latest firmware and follow the steps to finish the upgrade.
  4. How to power it with DELTA Pro or DELTA Pro extra battery?
Connect it with DELTA Max Extra Battery Cable and DELTA Pro to Smart Generator Adapter.
  5. What do the error codes on DELTA Pro mean?
301: Cell Under Voltage - Need a timely recharge
302: BMS Lost Connection - Reboot
303: INV Lost Connection - Reboot
102: Cell Under Voltage Alert - No discharge, timely recharge
077: Cell Voltage Differences are too great - Long press the power button for 10 seconds and wait for half an hour.
  6. What's the maximum number of DELTA Pros and Extra Batteries that can connect to the Smart Home Panel?
A maximum of 2 DELTA Pros and 4 Extra Batteries can be connected, with a total of 7200W output power and a capacity of 21.6kWh.
  7. Can I Charge Other Devices While Charging DELTA Pro?
Yes, you can use the AC and DC outlets while recharging DELTA Pro.
  8. DELTA Pro Won't Charge Appliances
    1. If charging from an AC outlet, check that the AC switch is turned on. The same goes for DC outlets.
    2. If the AC or DC switch is turned on, and it still cannot charge, confirm whether the output power of DELTA Pro meets the rated charging power of the electrical appliance.
    3. When the power from a DC source and car charger is less than 1 watt, the charging power won't display, but the actual device is charging, try charging another appliance with a larger wattage to see if the charging power displays.
    4. When the screen displays an overload alarm, the charging power is too high. Shut down DELTA Pro and leave it to cool down for 30 minutes or try using a low-power device before charging again. If there is still an overload prompt, take a photo or video and contact support.eu@ecoflow.com
    5. The AC switch will automatically turn off after 12 hours if the power of the electrical appliance is less than 10W.
  9. DELTA Pro's Cycle Life
    3500+ cycles (80%) 6500+ cycles (50%)
  10. What is the Battery cell type of Delta Pro?
The battery cell type: Prismatic, LFP battery, 1 parallel 15 series, 15 cells
  11. Can Other Solar Panel Brands Charge DELTA Pro?
Yes, as long as the solar panel uses the same solar connectors and their combined voltage and current are within 11-150 volts.
