Insta360 will replace the damaged product and cover the shipping costs both ways. Insta360 FlexiCare only covers official Insta360 products. Collaborations are not covered.
FlexiCare must be purchased and bound to the camera within 15 days of activating the camera. This applies to products purchased through official offline stores, the Insta360 Official Store, authorized e-commerce platforms, and authorized distributors. If not bound within this period, the service will become invalid. The service cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Users need to pay a small amount replacement fee of Php 1590 each time to use the service.
Activation Process:
- Visit the Insta360 Official Website.
Navigate to: Home > Support > Care Service > More Services > Insta360 Care Activation Card > Activate Now or at: Insta360 Website
- Enter the camera's serial number.
- Enter the activation code for the purchased FlexiCare.
- Enter the customer's name, email, and phone number.
- Upon successful activation, a confirmation email with a reference number will be sent to the customer. This reference number is required when requesting for a replacements.
- Customers can verify if they activated the FlexiCare policy on the official website.
Service Term:
FlexiCare is valid for one year from the date of activation. During this period, customers can apply for up to two replacements.

When requesting a replacement via FlexiCare, customers can either ask the ASC/dealer to submit the application or apply themselves via the website.
